Online Coach Registration/Application is now open for the West Coast AGFC 2012-2013 Season for U8-U18 Divisions. The coach application is built in to the online registration form and must be completed if you are applying to coach.
You will be notified once your application has been approved and confirmed.

Categories include:
U8-U10 ----EAST - for Central Maple Ridge and East Maple Ridge Teams
---------------WEST- for West Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows Teams
U11-U12 - House, Select Teams
U13-U18 - House, Bronze, Silver, Gold Teams
U13-U18 Selects - Metro Select Teams

TEAM MANAGEMENT

CRIMINAL RECORD CHECKS - required every 2 Years
All Coaches, Assistant Coaches, Managers and Team Mothers are required to have a Criminal Record Check done every two years and returned to the club before the season starts. Please mail in or drop off at First Touch Soccer in a SEALED envelope attention CRC.

$10 Fee paid for Criminal Record Checks will be reimbursed to the volunteer upon receipt of the proper documents.
To get the $10 rate, please print this letter and take with you: Criminal Record Check Letter** Updated Letter Aug 7/10.

Simply visit your Community Policing Office with this letter to request a Criminal Record Check.

Reminder: Coaches, if you have an assistant coach, manager or team mother who is NOT listed on your roster, please make sure the volunteer registers online first and then let us know so that we can update your roster. Rosters will only be updated after an email or call from the Coach. Email your updates to the Administrator.

UNIFORM DEPOSIT CHEQUES (Mini Teams) - Because of the upcoming merger with Golden Ears soccer club, we are not requiring uniform deposit cheques this season. All mini players will be able to keep their uniforms at the end of this season.

Note: Socks, shirts and jerseys for all age groups are supplied and are kept by the player.

Exception: U8-U9 Girls - GEUSC teams wear black, so you will always wear Teal.

PRACTICE INFORMATION

Practice Schedules - schedules and field maps are located on the Schedules page

PRE-SEASON - U5-U7 ONLY - practice at Harris Road North until you move into the gym.
PRE-SEASON - U8-U10 ONLY - practice at Davie Jones Elementary School until gym or field times are assigned.

U6-U8 - Gym times are available to all U6-U8 teams. Gym times start mid October.

U9 - U10 - teams are assigned an outdoor practice time. U8's may also request an outdoor practice time.
U11-U18 - field times are assigned at PMSS turf.
NOTE: Any U9-U18 team may approach a school to arrange their own indoor gym practices at your cost.

U11-U18 teams, please contact Practice Scheduler for all outdoor practice times.
U6-U10 teams, please contact Mike Scarcella for all indoor and outdoor practice times.
